Our sales team along with our reseller partners work together to understand how a room needs to operate and integrate with other equipment.

1 Beyond partners with hundreds of AV integrators world-wide. Our authorized resellers are large integrators like AVI-SPL, Diversified, and AVI Systems as well as local specialized dealers in AV and video conference equipment.

If you have a preferred integrator or installer, we can work with them as well.

How We Work with AV Integrators

1 Beyond will . . .

    • Recommend the best automated camera solution for the project, based on how the room will be used and recommend what mics and other devices you’ll need to support this.

    • Advise on camera placement and when applicable microphone selection and placement for best camera tracking (ie: lobe designs)

    • Provide support and training to AV Integrators. For Automate VX systems, we require additional Professional Services which includes custom documentation remote verification to ensure customer satisfaction.

Our Authorized Integrators will . . .

    • Define scope of work and communicate with end user throughout the project.
    • Create and manage the project schedule and coordinate appropriate resources for the project.
    • Create room diagrams, wiring diagrams and documentation including bill of materials (cabling, terminations, adapters, etc.)
    • Complete physical installation (pull cables, mount displays, cameras, microphones, racks)
    • Provide third-party configuration including Crestron programming, audio DSP programming and tuning, conferencing codec configuration.
    • Handle post-install support to end customer

We will review your wiring diagram and discuss the specifics of the design including control panel buttons, and details of different room configurations.

Based on this, our team will put together a Custom Install Package.

To prepare your project/install team we will go over the Custom Install Package which will include:

Video routing
Audio routing
Control summary
Room diagram 

The room diagram will be labeled with camera and microphone locations, and required camera settings for each microphone.

We’ll discuss what resources you’ll need on-site and schedule a check-in.

Check-In

(Installation)

Once you are on site, have mounted/wired the systems and cameras, and have established network connectivity, we’ll check-in.

We’ll remotely review the setup and orient the field personnel on how to follow the Custom Install Package to do the configuration. We’ll assess what has been done, answer questions, and guide next steps.

Project Verification

(Installation)

After the system has been configured according to the Custom Install Package, we’ll check in again to be sure that all is working to our expectations.

We’ll also provide suggestions of last-minute tweaks to improve functionality.

After verifying the project, we’ll provide you with “as built” documentation.
