Our Sales Team together with our Sales Support Engineers will guide you through choosing the best product to suit your needs.  We help answer questions with regards to the optimal number and type of cameras for your room, where they should be placed based on your room design and we can also advise with regards to different microphone options and how they impact camera tracking in a given space.
 
After the sale, we kick off a “professional services” process to help your integration team with a successful project installation.  See chart below.
 
After the initial scope of work has been completed and validated by the customer, we feel you will experience problem free operation, however, should any issues or questions arise, our support team is ready to assist.
 
Your system and cameras come with a Basic 1 year warranty that includes hardware and software support. A Gold upgrade is available and extended Support and Warranty is also available. See our Support and Warranty chart.

After the system has been configured according to the Custom Install Package, we’ll check in again to be sure that all is working to our expectations.

We’ll also provide suggestions of last-minute tweaks to improve functionality.
